Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unfitted, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Custom products, including steering wheels

  • Items made to order from suppliers (e.g. RSI C6)

  • Items that have been installed, fitted, or used

  • Items returned damaged due to improper packaging

These exclusions are clearly stated on relevant product pages.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer rights.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started

Important Information

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law
